Failure phenomenon: customer said 55KW inverter air compressor in the operation of a sudden touch screen display temperature sensor failure

Fault analysis: static detection converter rectifier module and inverter module is normal. On the DC voltage test, the frequency converter shows the normal. Check the temperature detection protection circuit is no problem, after some of the touch screen or the original fault. Taking into account the air compressor inverter for the fan and the screw pump is the same frequency converter for the dual inverter control, the control part of the inverter and PLC communication control. The communication part disconnect test of inverter in start screw pump frequency control when the normal operation, the blower is started if the temperature is too high the fault part display "OH", the intelligent temperature control module of fan frequency converter can not check the measurement results after normal temperature detection, this is because the temperature sensor fault.
