Failure phenomenon: boot failure
Fault analysis: the customer said the motor in the power on reported encoder fault, according to the customer that open motor cover no obvious burnt traces found that whether there is short circuit of motor encoder static measurement of voltage power supply 5V, found no short-circuit phenomenon, the encoder power measurement output waveform 485 communication pulse waveform is not normal, according to the line check the 485EX patch has been bad for its replacement and normal waveform measurement. On the machine runs everything is normal.
Fault repair: replace IC485EX.
