Troubleshooting mode of encoder:

(2) failure of encoder connection cable: the highest probability of occurrence of such a failure, often encountered in maintenance, should be a priority factor. Usually the encoder cable is open circuit, short circuit or poor contact, then cable or connector should be replaced. Special attention should also be paid to whether the cable is not tight enough to cause loosening to cause welding or opening.
(3) encoder +5V power supply decline: +5V power is too low, usually can not be lower than 4.75V, cause too low cause is power supply failure or power transmission cable resistance to large loss, at this time the need to repair power or replace cable.
(4) absolute encoder battery voltage decline: this fault usually has a clear meaning of the alarm, at this time to replace the battery, if the reference point location memory loss, it is necessary to carry out the return reference point operation.
(5) the shielding cable of the encoder cable is not connected or dropped: this will introduce the interference signal, make the waveform unstable, affect the accuracy of the communication, and the imported pump must guarantee the reliable welding and grounding of the shielding line.
(6) the loosening of the encoder: this kind of fault will affect the position control precision, cause the difference of the position deviation in the stop and movement, even when the machine is just started to produce the servo system overload alarm, please pay special attention to it.
(7) grating contamination: this will reduce the output amplitude of the signal. It must be lightly removed by degreasing cotton and dehydrated alcohol.
