Fault phenomenon: there is no output analog signal input
Fault analysis: customers get a number of SIEMENS S7-200 host and extension module expansion module for the analog signal input module EM231, for electrically connecting host were detected according to the fault phenomena, with computer monitoring found no output. Connected to the power supply voltage measurement is normal. Input 0-5V voltage at the input LM358 found that there is a hot phenomenon. Power off on the IC measurement found that there is a capacitance around the leakage of electricity, the capacitor and IC for the replacement of power on the computer monitor and found that the corresponding input 0-5V voltage output of the PLC normal. After the customer back to the machine test everything is normal.
